I participated in both individual and collective projects, focusing on understanding the problem and reviewing comprehensive solutions, whether internal or external, to avoid re-processing and concentrate efforts on the priority. I developed strategies aligned with the teams to create scalable and adaptable products, designed specifically for the Identity market in several Latin American countries, maintaining the internal style guide and implementing new design patterns.
I led the product development process by generating tasks, setting priorities and coordinating efforts between the development, product and design teams. This collaborative approach ensured that we effectively addressed user needs and created a product capable of successfully adapting to the diverse market landscape. -

I concentrated on exploring and testing emerging products for food ordering and delivery in medium and small cities throughout Colombia. This process required a deep understanding of market needs and the evaluation of innovative solutions aimed at improving the efficiency of food delivery services in these regions.
Through hands-on testing, I assessed usability and customer satisfaction, which yielded valuable insights for product optimization. This collaborative effort culminated in a cohesive strategy that effectively addressed user needs and strategically positioned our offerings within the targeted food delivery market.
