Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled ProductXpress Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring products within the ProductXpress application and providing expert guidance to business units on how to utilize its features to streamline business processes. The role requires a deep understanding of complex insurance product formulas, data flows, APIs, and system integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize hands-on experience with ProductXpress to configure and set up products in the application.
- Collaborate with business teams to understand their workflow needs and provide tailored solutions using ProductXpress.
- Decode complex insurance product formulas found in calculation sheets.
- Analyze data flows, data models, and system integrations related to ProductXpress.
- Lead the implementation and integration of ProductXpress within the organization.
- Continuously improve processes and enhance efficiency by leveraging the capabilities of ProductXpress.
- Provide training and support to internal teams on best practices and functionalities of ProductXpress.
- Manage and support ProductXpress application upgrades.
- Ensure accurate delivery of solutions supporting insurance product calculations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts, exploring new ways to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in software engineering, specifically working with ProductXpress.
- Strong background in setting up products within ProductXpress and understanding its functionalities.
- Experience with data flows, data models, APIs, and system integration.
- Proven ability to adapt quickly to fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with business units.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
