Position: Senior Software Engineer
Location: Remote
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our team and play a crucial role in building and enhancing systems that improve patient outcomes and healthcare management globally.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the implementation of software components, replatforming efforts, and support global expansion initiatives.
- Work on both maintaining legacy systems and developing exciting new Greenfield projects.
- Solve complex technical challenges across multiple domains and address software defects.
- Collaborate with delivery managers, designers, and engineers to ensure project success.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for code, architecture, and project-related information.
- Influence processes, tools, and systems—contribute valuable suggestions that will shape implementation.
- Actively seek professional development opportunities and continuously learn new skills to stay ahead in software development.
About You:
You are a self-starter who creates scalable, maintainable code, embraces growth, and thrives in a balanced work/life environment. You bring:
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development, ideally in SaaS environments.
- Strong skills in TypeScript, Node.js, GraphQL, and React.
- The ability to pragmatically choose solutions and adapt as requirements evolve.
- Resourcefulness in delivering minimum viable solutions while meeting project goals.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Professional experience with Node.js, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, including CloudFront, SES, SQS, S3, Lambda), and SQL databases.
