Your Role:
As a Functional Analyst, you’ll be part of the Cloud, App & Infra team, working on web and mobile development projects. Your ability to understand requirements, collaborate with development teams, and propose innovative solutions will be key to success.
What You’ll Do:
✔ Analyze business requirements and convert them into detailed functional specifications.
✔ Work closely with development teams to ensure solutions meet client needs.
✔ Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives).
✔ Assist in defining system architecture and technical solutions.
✔ Use modeling tools for process documentation and requirement tracking (Jira, Azure DevOps).
✔ Support testing activities and contribute to test plan creation.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ 3+ years experience in Web/Mobile development projects as a Functional Analyst.
✔ Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, preferably with Scrum Master experience.
✔ Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
✔ Experience with requirement tracking platforms (Jira, Azure DevOps preferred).
✔ Ability to analyze and optimize business processes.
✔ English level B2 or higher.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
✔ Knowledge of Microsoft Low Code & Collaboration platforms (PowerApps, Teams).
✔ Experience with web & mobile development technologies (CSS, HTML, React, Angular).
✔ Familiarity with both Low Code and Pro Code tools and programming languages.
