API Design/Support – 100% Remote
At BCNC GROUP, we are looking for an API Design/Support Engineer to join a multidisciplinary team at the largest company in the telecommunications sector.
Requirements:
✔ Experience with REST APIs, Swagger, OpenID, and OpenAPI.
✔ Proficiency in OAuth 2.0.
✔ Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP) and fixed/mobile networks.
✔ Basic understanding of Kubernetes and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
✔ Experience using Kibana query language for log analysis.
✔ Strong communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
✔ Fluent written English.
✔ Nice to have: Some experience with Node.js.
✔ Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
Responsibilities:
✔ Assist partners in early-stage integration with our APIs and Big Data capabilities.
✔ Provide guidance on integration alternatives and explain integration flows and scenarios.
✔ Support integration troubleshooting, including debugging error scenarios.
✔ Manage the integration environment, including provisioning, configuration, and high-level troubleshooting.
✔ Create and manage API mocks for integration testing.
