Bizagi Developer / Support Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve reported software issues in a timely manner.
- Develop and configure process applications using the Bizagi Studio tool, including:
- Modeling processes and data.
- Defining forms, documenting business rules, and configuring performers.
- Integrating interfaces and utilizing various Bizagi suite tools, connectors, widgets, and non-Bizagi APIs.
- Create and configure workflows, extend objects, and implement system logic to meet requirements.
- Leverage industry/product expertise and technical knowledge to quickly identify issues and provide effective solutions.
- Ensure an outstanding customer experience, maintaining communication with clients and providing timely updates.
- Create case summaries, perform root cause analysis, and maintain documentation.
- Assist with installation, setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of Bizagi components.
- Evaluate and improve specific implementations and processes.
- Detect and solve common mistakes within implemented (productive) modules.
